Heres what youll be doing

We are looking for a passionate and experienced educator, with experience of teaching in international schools, to join our team in the role of Learning and Engagement Lead. In this role, you will spearhead the design and creation of high-quality, meaningful content and professional development events for educators across Asias international schools. Youll play a pivotal role in determining how we engage the community of educators and school leaders in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event and Content Strategy:
- Create a comprehensive events and content strategy that addresses the needs, interests, and challenges of international educators and school leaders in Asia.
- Design and implement professional development opportunities that are inspiring, actionable, and tailored to the specific needs of international educators in Asia.
- Event Concept Development and Execution:
- Develop themes and source speakers for virtual events (2 per quarter), ensuring relevance and appeal.
- Plan and execute in-person meetups (2-3 per year) across the Asia region, curating topics and speakers to foster community engagement.
- Distribution and Project Management:
- Write distribution copies for emails, ads, social media, and posts on groups and forums to maximise reach and engagement.
- Oversee the overall project management of Learn for Asia, including website updates and content alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborative Efforts:
- Partner closely with the sales, design, marketing, and product teams to ensure the Asia content roadmap aligns with Toddles big-picture goals and vision.
- Work in coordination with the core event and Learn teams to ensure all initiatives reflect the interests and needs of educators in Asias international schools.
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with thought leaders, educators, and presenters throughout Asia to support event quality and relevance.
- Research and Development:
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to identify the evolving interests of educators in Asias international schools, ensuring that all content and events are grounded in real needs.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and execute social media campaigns to engage educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders in the Asia region.
- MOFU/BOFU Content Development:
- Develop middle and bottom-of-funnel content, such as case studies, video testimonials, competitor pages and product videos.
- Build and update the website with new features or solution pages to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Design and schedule compelling social media content to highlight the product.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with customer journeys and conversion goals.

- 3-5 years of experience as an educator. Prior experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging emails, ad copies, and content pieces.
- Educators who are enthusiastic about getting into marketing or growth are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing events and communication campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.
