Male Candidate Only Location - Hosur Roles and Responsiblities Oversee daily lab activities This includes ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the lab managing priorities and ensuring adherence to schedules Perform routine and specialized tests Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and experiments with accuracy and precision analyzing samples and providing reliable results Maintain and calibrate equipment Oversee the calibration maintenance and documentation of lab equipment and instruments troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs Quality control and compliance Ensure adherence to quality control procedures safety protocols and regulatory requirements like NABL ISO FDA Training and supervision Provide technical support and training to junior technicians mentor and guide them in various lab techniques and procedures Documentation and reporting Maintain detailed records of all tests experiments findings and procedures prepare reports and potentially present them to stakeholders Inventory management Monitor lab supplies and reagents manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment potentially including ordering and managing expenses Collaboration Work with research scientists medical professionals and other teams to optimize lab operations analyze results and provide technical guidance Development of procedures Assist in developing updating and optimizing lab protocols and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Continuous Improvement Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing lab processes enhancing efficiency and ensuring quality and compliance Job Type Full-time Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
