Fabrication Workers Welders Fitters Grinders Gas Cutters Location Parivarthan Engineering Workshop Tadepalligudem Reporting To Production Supervisor Fabrication In-Charge Department Production Fabrication Employment Type Full-Time Contract Basis We are looking for skilled and disciplined fabrication workers including Welders Fitters Grinders and Gas Cutters to execute fabrication works as per engineering drawings ensuring safety quality and timely delivery at the Parivarthan Engineering workshop Key ResponsibilitiesFor All Fabrication Workers Execute fabrication activities as per drawings instructions and work orders Maintain housekeeping and follow safety standards on the shop floor Handle tools equipment and measuring instruments with care and accountability Coordinate with the team and supervisor for smooth workflow Report material shortages defects and job completion to the supervisor Follow shift schedules discipline and company procedures strictly Welder Perform MIG TIG Arc SAW welding on MS and boiler-grade materials Prepare edges set up joints and check alignment before welding Maintain proper welding parameters and ensure weld quality as per WPS Conduct self-inspection and assist in rectification works Maintain welding machines cables and consumables welding coils flux electrodes Fitter Read fabrication drawings and prepare components for assembly Mark align and fit-up structures ducts tanks and frames Use measuring instruments tape scale spirit level square etc for accuracy Support welding cutting and handling operations Ensure correct fit-up tolerances and orientation before welding Grinder Operate hand grinders and bench grinders for surface preparation Clean weld joints remove burrs and finish fabricated parts as required Maintain grinding tools and replace wheels when needed Follow PPE norms to avoid sparks and injuries Gas Cutter Operate oxy-acetylene or LPG cutting sets for plate and pipe cutting Mark and cut materials as per drawings and supervisor instructions Ensure gas pressure and nozzle conditions are within safe limits Maintain cylinders hoses and cutting torches properly Observe safety protocols for fire and gas handling Qualifications Experience ITI Vocational training in relevant trade preferred Ability to read fabrication drawings for welders fitters Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage is mandatory Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Fresher Internship Pay 10 441 93 - 41 323 42 per month Work Location In person
