Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
- Plan and implement projects based on end-user requirements in SAP FICO.
- Manage vendor resources for daily back-end SAP support and project implementation.
- Prepare and communicate end-user training guides for SAP FICO.
- Responsible for providing SAP support and enhancements for the FICO module.
- Document set SAP processes and systems.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; create specifications to meet business requirements.
- Design, configure, and integrate FICO with other SAP modules; demonstrate functional experience in the FICO module.

Requirements

- Any Commerce or Finance Graduate; MBA Finance preferred.
- Intermediate C.A. or CMA is optional.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of end-to-end SAP FICO implementation experience.
- Strong domain knowledge in finance, costing, GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO, both ECC & S/4H.
- Project management skills: coordinating, organizing, planning, scheduling, communicating, documentation, and monitoring business practices and processes.
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices.
- Experience with Hyperion Business Consolidation is an added advantage.
