Manager – Pdn

We are looking for a PDN Manager with 5-10 years of experience in product development process improvement and production planning The role requires strong expertise in PFMEA process audits IATF core tools SPC MSA studies and PPAP documentation along with proven leadership in people management risk management and efficiency improvement Key Responsibilities Oversee machine operating methods and implement defect detection control processes Conduct PFMEA Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for risk assessment Drive process improvements layout planning and product knowledge management Calculate and monitor key metrics such as efficiency and cycle time Lead production planning scheduling while ensuring adherence to takt time Manage risk management strategies and WIP Work-In-Progress monitoring Implement 5S Kaizen and quality circle initiatives for continuous improvement Conduct process audits SPC studies MSA studies and COPQ analysis Ensure accurate preparation of PPAP documentation Act as a technical trainer for teams on processes and customer requirements Lead and motivate teams to achieve productivity quality and customer satisfaction goals Required Skills Strong knowledge of PFMEA PPAP SPC MSA and IATF core tools Experience in risk management defect detection control and process audits Hands-on expertise in production planning scheduling and efficiency calculations Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools - 5S Kaizen quality circles Ability to conduct technical training sessions for internal teams Strong leadership people management and analytical skills Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
