We are hiring a SeniorGraphic Designer with a sharp focus on visual ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone who understands how visuals drive engagement and conversions in performance marketing.

What You'll Do

- Design compelling ad creatives tailored for digital campaigns.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for various ad placements and formats.
- Support campaign ideation with visual concepts and quick turnarounds.
- Continuously evolve design styles based on campaign analytics.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to ensure visuals align with KPIs.

What We're Looking For

- 57 years of design experience, ideally in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects.
- Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems and design best practices.
- Ability to create eye-catching, conversion-focused designs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
