technical lead role You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining robust CI CD pipelines managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring the smooth integration and deployment of software applications Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will gather requirements design and implement solutions optimize system performance and establish security best practices Additionally you will mentor and guide the team technically with a strong focus on enhancing quality and driving optimizations Key Responsibilities CI CD Pipeline Development Design implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment CI CD pipelines to automate code testing integration and deployment processes Infrastructure as Code IaC Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform Ansible to ensure consistent and reproducible environments Cloud Management Deploy manage and monitor applications in cloud environments such as AWS optimizing for cost performance and security Automation and Scripting Automate routine and repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors Monitoring and Logging Implement and manage monitoring tools e g Prometheus Grafana to ensure system health and quickly identify and resolve issues Collaboration and Support Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues optimize application performance and support release management Security Compliance Implement security best practices in the DevOps process ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Containerization and Orchestration Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments Mentoring Mentor a team of DevOps professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer for 5 years with a lead role for atleast 1 years Technical Skills Proficiency in CI CD and version control tools GitHub Github Actions git cloud platforms AWS configuration management tools Ansible Chef Puppet Programming and Scripting Strong experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell Containerization Experience with Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration Infrastructure as Code Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible Process Implement branching strategies and code review processes to enhance code quality and collaboration Monitoring and Logging Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or Splunk System and networking Familiarity with system administration tasks including managing Linux and Windows servers configuring network services and ensuring system security and performance optimization Problem-Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Communication Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Certifications Relevant certifications in cloud platforms DevOps tools or related technologies are a plus Security Compliance Knowledge of security best practices and compliance
