Roles Responsibilities Job Summary In this role the person will Identify and drive operational excellence programs that improve the organization competency and culture for continuous improvement This role will cover all units of PTPL Responsible to drive and implement operational excellence program to meet Organization s goals KPIs Focus will be to decrease operational cost streamline processes improve responsiveness and align continuous improvement activities within the plant Responsible for building Lean Culture and provide Leadership in the area of CI for plant to achieve and sustain high level of effectiveness and efficiency Support management in business analysis planning strategize and execution of projects from operational business excellence perspective Provide coaching training on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies Plan and coordinate trainings for 5S TPM KAIZEN Organize and facilitate kaizen Rapid Improvement Events Track and report the site operational excellence programs Ensure the high compliance of discipline and 5S in the work areas o Identify loss waste elimination projects and implement them Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities Possess good interpersonal analytical facilitation and communication skills must be a team player Strong leadership quality Ability to engage shopfloor employees on continuous improvement programs Demonstrated ability in driving CI LEAN projects resulting in financial benefits Experienced in statistical analysis tools e g Minitab - Ability to connect strategic goals of a company with Shop Floor Processes and Activities through Operational Excellence methodologies - Proficient in concepts and application of Operational Excellence methodologies Deliverables- - Capacity Enhancement - Manufacturing Cost Reduction - Yield Improvement - Energy Conservation - Shop Floor Productivity Improvement Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree in Mechaical Industrial engg Minimum 12-15 years experience in operational excellence execution in a manufacturing environment
