Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Assistant Architect with experience in liaisoning work related to municipal approvals and online building plan submissions. The candidate should have a good understanding of municipal drawings as per UDCPR and hands-on experience with BPMS systems. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and submission of architectural drawings for approval through BPMS platforms. - Coordination and follow-up with Municipal Authorities for building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions. - Preparation of municipal drawings as per UDCPR norms and guidelines. - Support the senior architect in documentation, compliance, and submission work. - Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status. - Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required. - T.P. Clint in BPMS tracing of Municipal drawing. Required Skills: - Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of BPMS online systems. - Good understanding of UDCPR and municipal drawing requirements. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in liaisoning and municipal submission work. Salary: - Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
