Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Location: Mumbai & Bangaluru

Experience: 4–6 Years

Industry: Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail (Cross-Industry Exposure Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with Sales, Customers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams to understand business goals and challenges.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Process flows
- User stories
- Use cases
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Apply domain knowledge from industries such as:
- Healthcare
- BFSI
- Manufacturing
- Retail
- Collaborate with architects and subject matter experts (SMEs) for industry-specific solution design.
- Leverage cross-industry insights to enhance business process understanding.
- Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
- Microsoft
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Translate business KPIs into reporting/dashboarding requirements using:
- Power BI
- Power Platform
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure AI
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation.
- Possess 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
- Exhibit strong skills in:
- Requirement elicitation
- Documentation
- Stakeholder communication
- Business process mapping
- Have experience in at least two major industry domains with solid business process understanding.
- Show an analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of automation and AI-driven business process improvements is a plus.
