Production Coordinator, DS, Digital Studios

Digital Studios (DS) team is responsible for providing high-quality ML data operations (annotations/audits) and Gen-AI content creation services to support our customers in launching new products and features while supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle (pre-launch, beta, and post-launch). The team works closely with Amazon internal customers within various organizations who need high-quality data and content creation services. DS goal is to provide end-to-end solutions including annotations, audits, retouch and Gen-AI content creation using established tools. Production Coordinator works directly with internal customers and Digital Studios team to drive projects to completion. They are experts in ML data operations and Gen-AI content creation initiatives, managing people Key job responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholder and act as the main point of contact for specific projects • Create a strategic plan for the client’s annotation projects and requirements • Work with multiple internal teams (data, product, R&D, engineering, and science) to align on client's goals, requirements, headcount, and deadlines • Own and lead various machine learning algorithm projects, some prior examples include outfit recommendations on Detail Page, “Alexa, What Should I Wear?” and Virtual Closet • Meet customers’ expectations by diving deep into their KPIs, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency • Report progress, learnings, and goals to operations team in order to drive process improvements • Drive Gen-AI content creation projects using established tools • Monitor and maintain quality standards for both annotations and content creation • Lead training sessions for new tools and processes • Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and team performance - BA degree - Experience in project management - Knowledge of Excel - Experience in resolving conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
