Qualifications and Skills - Proven team leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving operational goals. - Solid sales management skills with a track record of meeting revenue goals and enhancing store performance through strategic sales techniques. - Experience in effective inventory management including stock control, loss prevention, and order replenishment processes to maintain optimal product levels. - Strong customer service orientation, ensuring exceptional shopping experiences and proactively resolving consumer issues. - In-depth knowledge of retail operations, with expertise in optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in visual merchandising, creating appealing displays that align with brand standards and boost product sales. - Business development acumen, identifying new opportunities for growth and developing strategies to expand customer base and enhance market presence. - Comprehensive knowledge of electronics products, staying updated with industry trends and providing informed recommendations to customers. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures. - Lead, mentor, and train staff to cultivate a motivated, high-performing team that consistently meets sales and service objectives. - Monitor sales performance, analyzing metrics to develop action plans that enhance sales growth and improve conversion rates. - Coordinate inventory processes, maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage through robust control measures. - Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring attractive, customer-focused displays that promote product sales. - Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and implementing service improvement initiatives. - Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance the store's market presence and customer engagement. - Continuously update product knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers and staff regarding the latest electronics offerings.
