Job Title Production Helper Department Production Manufacturing Location Kalamassery Ernakulam Employment Type Contract Job Summary The Production Helper will support the daily manufacturing operations in the tyre production area The role involves assisting machine operators handling raw materials ensuring cleanliness and maintaining smooth workflow on the shop floor The candidate must be physically fit attentive and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators in tyre building curing mixing and related production processes Load and unload raw materials such as rubber chemicals beads and fabric into machines Move semi-finished tyres and finished tyres to designated areas using material handling tools Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area Perform basic manual tasks such as cutting weighing and stacking materials Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials Support in routine checks of machines under the supervision of operators technicians Report any abnormalities defects or safety issues to supervisors immediately Follow shift schedules production targets and quality guidelines strictly Comply with all company safety rules PPE usage and 5S housekeeping standards Skills Requirements Minimum qualification 10th pass Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line work preferred Physically fit to lift materials and stand for long hours Ability to work in rotating shifts day night Good attitude discipline and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Salary Benefits 15000 to 17750 Monthly Shift allowance canteen facility Insurance upto 2 Lakhs Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 36 months Pay 15 000 00 - 17 750 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
