Grade 3 - BPO Health Care and Insurance Operations Senior RepresentativeRoles and Responsibilities These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring When the work is non-routine they escalate to a manager and or receive specific instructions prior to completing Based on business rules employee needs to Analyze and processes reprocesses transactions Completes keying of information under non-standard forms of keying rules Analyzes and finds solutions for individual clients transactions Analyzes and interprets client documents Requirements Typical Years of Experience - Typically requires 9- 18 months relevant experience Minimum Education and Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent Skills Ability to understand moderately complex problems Ability to understand and interpret source documents Basic understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance domain
