Job Description - Focused on quality development of Guidewire applications in a competitive environment. - Responsible for leading the team from on/near/offshore and work towards a common goal. - Accountable for the team delivery. - Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and create a positive environment Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) - Customize and configure Guidewire applications according to business requirements - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional specifications - Develop integrations with external systems using Guidewire APIs and web services - Conduct unit testing and support QA teams during system and integration testing - Troubleshoot and resolve defects or issues in Guidewire applications - Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards - Support Guidewire upgrades and performance tuning when required
