Job Description StaffLifeLine is hiring dynamic Doctor Referral and Territory (DRT) Marketing Executives for a multispecialty Hospital in Hyderabad This role is ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare marketing, doctor engagement, and driving patient footfall through strong relationship-building and field activities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral networks. - Promote hospital specialities, services, and facilities to the referral base. - Organise and participate in CMEs, medical camps, and outreach initiatives. - Collect and share feedback from referral doctors with hospital management. - Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets. - Maintain detailed reporting of daily visits, calls, and conversions. Qualifications & Skills - Any graduate (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred). - 13 years of experience in doctor referral marketing within a hospital/healthcare setup. - Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
