1. Maintaining and managing the overall facility operations. (General admin works, logistics requirements, office supplies inventory, courier services etc). Oversee office premises and work on the well maintenance and upgradation of company infrastructure all the times.
2. Management of canteen, uniform, housekeeping and sanitation.
3. Conduct regular inspection and audit of office premises and parking area.
4. Negotiate and oversee vendor agreements to ensure cost effectiveness and quality delivery.
5. Maintain and update records for inspection, audit legal documentation.
6. Implement fire safety, emergency response plan, initiate mock drills other health protocols.
7. Oversee renovation projects whenever required.
8. Supervise security operation to prevent unauthorised access, threats, etc.
9. Monitor electricity, water fuel consumption to optimise cost.
10. Conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders for facility improvement.
11. Liasoning with Government officials for compliance management.
12. Checking of bills as per daily count and arrangement of payments accordingly.
13. Compliance management
14. Tracking closure of escalated issues, ensure policy maintenance and report any deviations to maintain smooth operations.
15. Preparing snag list and coordinating with concerned departments to close the points.
16. Facilitate in organizing office activities.
17. Coordination at various MSIL locations for administrative operations.
