with Operations management to identify risks implement controls and ensure continued efficacy of process controls Key performance indicator for this role would be minimal operational errors near Management Ability to understand and interpret impact of policy and procedural changes as well as ability to identify and convey potential problem areas Ability to drive results through a hands-on approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization Ability to think and act strategically
