Graphic Designer with Social Media Content Experience Preferred Organisation Reliance Animation Academy I Times Trends Academy All Portfolio Brands of Sansach Technologies Domain Educational Sector Position Overview Graphic Designer with Social Media and Content Skills Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in social media management and content creation The ideal candidate will have experience running effective campaigns particularly for educational institutions This role involves designing visually compelling graphics managing social media platforms and developing content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create high-quality graphics infographics and visuals for various digital and print media Design promotional materials such as banners brochures posters and advertisements tailored for educational campaigns Ensure all designs align with the institution s branding and messaging guidelines Social Media Management Plan schedule and manage content across multiple social media platforms e g Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc Develop engaging posts stories and videos to attract and retain target audiences Monitor and respond to audience interactions to build community and engagement Content Creation Develop creative relevant and engaging content for social media blogs and email campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to craft impactful messaging for campaigns Stay updated on trends in education and social media to produce innovative content Campaign Management Design and execute social media campaigns tailored for educational institutes targeting students parents and educators Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness Optimize campaigns based on feedback and performance data Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align design and content with institutional goals Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Marketing Communications or a related field Proven experience 2 years as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Manager preferably in the education sector Proficiency in design software e g Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Canva Strong knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and best practices Experience running paid and organic campaigns for educational institutes Exceptional creativity visual design skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly Preferred Skills Video editing and animation skills e g Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting for educational campaigns Why Join Us Be a part of a dynamic team in an innovative educational environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping the institution s digital presence Competitive compensation and benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
