Urgent Vacancy Job Profile - Quality Controller Mechanical Qualification-BE-BE Tech Diploma ITI Mech Auto instrument E TC EEE Experience- 1-2 years Location - HOSUR - TAMILNADU Salary -18000-21000 Pm Skills Required- Inspect products Perform visual and physical inspections and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications Conduct tests and measurements Use tools like calipers gauges and micrometers to measure product dimensions and perform various tests to ensure performance criteria are met Read and interpret documentation Review blueprints specifications and other technical documents to ensure products are manufactured according to design Document and report Record inspection results non-conformities and defects and create reports to communicate findings to production teams and management Monitor processes Observe manufacturing operations to ensure they align with established quality standards and procedures Recommend improvements Suggest adjustments to production processes to improve product quality and reduce errors Key skills and qualifications Attention to detail Meticulousness is crucial for identifying subtle flaws and deviations Problem-solving skills The ability to identify the root cause of defects and recommend effective solutions is essential Communication skills Strong written and verbal communication is needed to document findings and collaborate with other teams Technical aptitude The ability to read technical documents use measurement tools and understand quality guidelines is important Decision-making Quality inspectors often need to make quick decisions on whether a product meets standards or requires further action Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
