About the Role

At Schbang, were looking for a Marketing Automation Strategist who is passionate about leveraging CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media to drive impactful customer engagement. If you have a strong understanding of how automation integrates with digital channels and can communicate strategies clearly with both internal teams and clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows across email, CRM, and social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) ensuring data hygiene and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with social media teams to integrate automation with campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve customer engagement and ROI.
- Support new client onboarding by setting up automation journeys, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure automation aligns with brand goals.

Key Requirements

- 12 years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM & automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong foundation in social media campaign execution & integration with automation flows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in dashboards, reporting, and campaign optimization.
