We are looking for a talented .NET Technical Lead – DevOps with experience in managing web-based applications in a multitenant environment hosted in our Data Center (90%) and on Azure (10%). You will play a vital role in enhancing our .NET web applications by leading a diverse team of engineers. Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: - Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of software and DevOps engineers, cultivating a collaborative atmosphere and driving performance. - Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve platform issues by collaborating with engineers to find root causes and define effective action plans. - Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability in alignment with user demands. - Automate Deployments: Define and implement deployment procedures, focusing on continuous integration and delivery practices.
