About the Role: AP Guru is seeking an experienced and dedicated Academic Manager preferably who has experience in the international curriculum to oversee and manage the smooth functioning of academic operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of academic delivery, efficient coordination between various stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges to provide an exceptional learning experience for students. Visit www.apguru.com for Company Profile Prerequisites : Minimum 7 years in to Academics or with Educational Institutes Current Residence Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Oversight: - Ensure all tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers (RMs) are completed accurately and on time. - Monitor the daily distribution of homework to students and address any gaps in the process. - Track tests conducted and ensure test sheets are updated promptly and accurately. 1. Data Management and Coordination: - Maintain and update the academic student database to reflect current information. - Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students joining the program. - Maintain a clear overview of all students, teachers, and classes to ensure seamless operations. 1. Stakeholder Interaction: - Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs. - Communicate with teachers and parents when required to address concerns or provide updates. 1. Resource Management: - Share appropriate resource materials with teachers and students. - Search for and procure books or materials that align with student needs. 1. Quality Assurance: - Work closely with teachers to maintain the highest standards of academic delivery. - Monitor the overall academic experience to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning journey for students. Qualifications: - Proven experience in academic management or a similar role. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders. - A proactive problem solver who can handle challenging situations with confidence. - Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
