Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
- High degree of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term financial sustainability.
