We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in scaling our e-commerce brand to new heights. If you're ready to hustle, lead, and build something impactful, this opportunity is for you

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will:

- Build and Lead: Establish and manage a high-performing media buying team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear insights, updates, and recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge growth strategies to optimize performance and drive ROI.
- Analyze and Optimize: Conduct growth analysis using data-driven methodologies to identify trends, improve KPIs, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in performance marketing, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in performance marketing with a focus on D2C or DTC e-commerce.
- Expertise in media buying across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in growth analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
