CLIENT: Diversified producer of processed foods like Gherkins, Jalapenos, Silver Skin Onions, Beet, Baby Corn, Bell Pepper, Tomato paste/sauce, Ginger Garlic paste, Mayonnaise etc for Indian and International markets. Key Result Areas: - Drive sales across GT/MT,ECom ,QCom and Retail channels. - Generate B2B/B2C sales to maximize product visibility, availability and market penetration. - Identify and explore new sales avenues (digital – Modern Trade, ecommerce) for faster paced growth. - Geographical distribution expansion of area to boost sales in assigned area - Focus on all the channels of sales including MT , GT, Horeca, Retail. - Cultivate and expand partner base, maintain cordialrelationship with existing and potential partners, including ecommerce platforms, offline retail outlets, ensuring effective collaboration and the achievement of mutually beneficial goals. Incumbent profile: - Results-oriented Sales Professional with 7 years+ of experience driving revenue growth and expanding market share in General Trade, Modern Trade and E-commerce. - Adept at developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets. - Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
