Job Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Proficiency in Hindi communication is mandatory to effectively engage with clients, farmers, and distributors across Hindi-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales across assigned territories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. Conduct product demonstrations and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance tracking. Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely follow-ups for payments and reorders. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and field visits when required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of field or institutional sales experience (AgriTech / FMCG / Veterinary / Healthcare sector preferred). Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of English or regional languages is an added advantage. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent). Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation and target focus. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Willingness to travel for sales and field visits.
