Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivatedProduction Managerto join our team inNoida. The Production Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production operations fromfabric vendor identification, negotiation, and procurementtohiring and onboarding tailors, freelance workers, and micro-unitson a per-piece basis. The role requires building and managing a distributed production network while ensuring strict quality controls, cost optimization, and timely deliveries. You will play a key role in scaling our daily apparel output, improving efficiency, and setting up robust operational systems that align with our zero-inventory, zero-waste philosophy. This is a full-time, high-responsibility role with significant scope for growth.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience (5+ years) inapparel production management, textile sourcing, or garment manufacturing.
2. Strong knowledge oftailor sourcing, fabric vendors, sourcing networks, and cost negotiation.
3. Hands-on experience inhiring, training, and managing tailors, micro-units, and freelance workers.
4. Deep understanding ofquality control processes and garment finishing standards.
5. Ability to optimize costs without compromising on speed or quality.
6. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage a distributed workforce.
7. Experience in fast-paced production environments, with a focus on scaling output sustainably.
