- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating marketing campaigns, handling communications, and ensuring all initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Prepare and present regular reports on ongoing campaign performance and insights.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing activities.
- Support daily marketing operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a marketing coordination, client servicing, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power Point.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required. Hindi language skills will be highly appreciated.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
Working Location: Chennai
