- Provide Spanish-language support to Spanish-speaking US customers (for Spanish process roles).
- Use GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for booking and itinerary creation.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Upsell travel-related services and ensure repeat business by maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
