Siya is an AI-powered platform built for teachers. We help educators save hours every week by automating routine tasks so they can focus on what really matters teaching and inspiring students. Our team is small, fast-moving, and passionate about creating tools that empower teachers everywhere.
The Role:
We're looking for a Visual Content Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and engaging videos. You'll own the creation of social media posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and short-form videos that bring Siya's brand and teacher community to life.
What You'll Do:
- Design static and animated social media creatives (posts, carousels, ads).
- Edit raw videos into polished reels, shorts, and YouTube content.
- Craft employee interviews and user podcasts into shareable clips.
- Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm campaign concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and channels.
What We're Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent (Figma, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- A sharp eye for visual storytelling, typography, and trends on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to work fast, take feedback, and meet deadlines without losing creativity.
