Resource Coordinator

Requisition Number 98065Resource Coordinator will oversee the staffing needs of the programs or projects of the organization He she will manage the deployment of individuals to billable assignments and apply consistent resource planning across a range of engagements The Resource Coordinator will work closely with the business to ensure all staffing needs are met in the required timelines Principle Accountabilities Responsibilities Monitor and submit staffing requests made by engagement resourcing personnel Analyze resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources Identify and monitor resource availability conflicts and shortages Prepare relevant resourcing reports and provide analysis of relevant reporting to include team performance and trend for example Bench Utilization Responsible for soft booking preliminary project assignments in Resourcing Tools Responsible for creating and updating the sales forecasts in Resourcing Tools Works with the Business Units on resource assignments and any changes to resources throughout the life of the project Work with the BU and project managers on Bench and PTO Management Work with the leadership teams to identify key skillsets levels for recruiting pipeline Provide oversight and support of internal resource management team and external third-party vendor management Act as a liaison between various departments for project assignments including but not limited to VMO Service Managers and Resource Coordinators Key Skills Knowledge and Experience 1 to 2 years of experience in workforce or resource planning Proficiency in Microsoft applications Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills Experience working closely with large groups of people in a professional service-oriented environment Confident communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task plan and prioritize workload Insight is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin disability status protected veteran status sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law Insight India Location Level 16 Tower B Building No 14 Dlf Cyber City In It Ites Sez Sector 24 25 A Gurugram Gurgaon Hr 122002 India Insight Enterprises
