About Lokal Access Empowerment for Bharat through AI and Local Language Internet Lokal is India s largest regional content and services platform built for the 500 million internet users from tier 2 towns Founded by IIT alumni Lokal started in 2018 to address the lack of relevant local content and now goes beyond content to solve real everyday problems of Bharat Growing as a house of apps Lokal is evolving into an AI-driven discovery and access platform connecting users in tier 2 India with the experts tools and knowledge they ve historically lacked access to Lokal Matrimony - Location-based matchmaking apps focused on hyperlocal compatibility Lokal Jobs - Hyperlocal job discovery platform connecting blue- and grey-collar workers with nearby opportunities GyanTV - Skill-based learning in regional languages stocks photography small business more Dostt - Make new friends through voice chats games and real authentic conversations Eaze - A safe space to explore emotional well-being via community-driven support AstroLokal - Instant access to trusted astrologers through audio and chat And more - 10 new apps in testing exploration across agricultural advisory legal advisory financial guidance and AI-powered personal assistants Role Overview Responsible for creating impactful visual designs across digital and print media Collaborates with teams to develop creative concepts produce high-quality graphics and ensure brand consistency Manages multiple projects and delivers on timelines Responsibilities Conceptualize and design Create visual concepts for a wide range of media including websites Thumbnails Logos advertisements and banners Collaborate with others Work with clients project managers copywriters marketers and other creative professionals to understand project needs and develop designs that meet goals Produce visuals Create layouts select fonts and colors and develop original images and illustrations Prepare files Ensure final designs are prepared correctly for their intended use whether it s for print a website or another digital platform Maintain brand guidelines Ensure all visual output is consistent with a company s brand identity and visual guidelines Manage projects Handle multiple design projects simultaneously manage timelines and meet deadlines Requirements 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic or visual design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator XD After Effects etc or Figma Strong understanding of layout color theory and typography Ability to translate ideas and briefs into creative visual outputs Experience designing for both digital and print platforms Excellent attention to detail creativity and time management skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
