Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experiencedSenior Java Developerto join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient Java applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Conduct code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues promptly. - Write unit tests, integration tests, and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development. - Strong knowledge of Java 8 or later and related technologies such as Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, etc. - Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, and multithreading. - Experience with RESTful API design and integration. - Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and ORM tools like Hibernate. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Scrum, etc.). Education and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer) are a plus.
