Job Title: SAP Project Manager ( ARIBA)

Location: Pune

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Ariba Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically with experience in Ariba modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management. As an Ariba Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the implementation of Ariba solutions, including the design, configuration, and deployment of Ariba procurement modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Contract Management, etc.).

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

· Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and budget allocations are properly managed.

· Oversee the project execution, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and mitigating issues as they arise.

· Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and best practices.

· Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

· Manage project scope and deliverables, addressing any changes in requirements and adjusting project plans accordingly.

· Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the Ariba solution.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or business-related issues during the implementation phase.

· Monitor the overall performance and success of the Ariba system post-implementation, suggesting improvements and enhancements where necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

· Having 10+ years of experience with proven experience (3-5 years) managing Ariba implementations or large-scale procurement transformation projects.

· Strong understanding of Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contract Management.

· Familiarity with SAP and Ariba integration processes.

· PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

· Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with Ariba.
