Key Responsibilities • Translate Provider Passport's macro vision into tangible R&D; milestones. • Research and prototype AI/ML and automation frameworks to replace human workflows. • Audit proposed features for long-term relevance to the autonomy roadmap. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to rapidly test and iterate concepts. • Integrate cutting-edge tools (LLMs, agentic systems, workflow engines) that enhance autonomy. • Create and track autonomy metrics to measure platform self-sufficiency. Requirements • 3-6 years in product R&D;, AI experimentation, or SaaS innovation. • Strong technical intuition across automation, AI/ML, APIs, and systems design. • Resourcefulness - able to find solutions creatively with limited guidance. • Experience building quick prototypes using low-code or Python/JS frameworks. • A hacker's mindset with a futurist's vision.
