Job Description About Mask TV Mask TV is a fast-growing OTT platform offering original web shows and films to audiences across India and abroad. We are now expanding into traditional television and inflight entertainment markets to monetize our content through licensing and syndication deals. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Content Syndication & Sales Executive to drive revenue through the sale of our shows and movies to TV channels, Doordarshan, inflight entertainment networks, and other distribution partners. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys closing deals, building industry relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach TV channels, Doordarshan, airlines, and inflight content aggregators for content licensing opportunities. - Pitch and negotiate content deals on behalf of Mask TV. - Manage contracts, delivery schedules, and coordination with internal teams. - Build long-term relationships with programming and acquisition teams across networks. - Track deal performance and report monthly sales progress. Qualifications & Skills - Experience in content sales, syndication, or media distribution (TV, OTT, or inflight). - Strong network with broadcasters, acquisition teams, or content aggregators. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proven sales mindset. Compensation & Benefits - Fixed Retainer - Commission: % of net profits from confirmed and paid deals - Bonus: Additional incentive tiers for large contracts or repeat clients - Flexible working structure and opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling OTT platform.
