The role requires strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English, along with the ability to drive conversions through effective counselling. Key Responsibilities - Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions with prospective students. - Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses. - Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments. - Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system. - Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding processes. - Meet weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets. Required Skills & Competencies - Mandatory: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and address student queries with empathy. - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets. - Good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain (preferred). - Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools. Preferred Background - Experience in Ed-Tech, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Educational Counselling. - Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales/counselling targets.
