For our Finance Department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for a Finance Specialist - Planning & Analysis RESPONSIBILTIES Finance Specialist has support finance manager to manage the day-to-day financial activities of the plant; control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. QUALIFICATIONS - Maintain Finance standards - Financial analysis and report, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and cost control and budgeting and forecasting. - Monitor all finance related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) weekly and monthly - Analyze cash flow trends - Analyze the plant revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium and long term cash flow position. - Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet these cash flow needs. - Maintain company management system - Coordinate internal audits - Documents and monitors Management system requirements to ensure the plant remains compliant - Expert in SAP FICO - Support in Budgeting - Preparation of budget and monitoring and evaluating the current performance with budget. - Identify variance and monitor action plan. - Education Level: Qualified Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Accountant - Education Program: Cost Management / Chartered Accountancy - Professional Registrations and Certifications: - Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi Experience - Years of Experience: 6-8 years experience in manufacturing organizations (those with Automotive Industry experience is an added advantage) Knowledge Required Desirable - Statistical Process - SAP FICO - Microsoft Office - Detail Oriented - Logical - Analytical Join us and become part of our global success story Equal Opportunity Statement Maxion Wheels maintains a written and widely distributed policy on equal employment opportunity.
