The position and the Company The position is that of a TRAINEE attached to Operations Department of an Architectural Metal Works (AMW) manufacturing/contracting company based at South Chittoor, Ernakulam District, Kochi. The training will be for a period of one year, after which the Management may consider the Trainee's absorption in regular service, based on the trainee-level performance and subject to availability of a suitable vacancy at the end of the training period. An all-inclusive monthly stipend ranging between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 15,000 will only be paid to the selected candidate, based on the academic credentials and performance at the interview. Qualifications / Sskillsets / Candidate specifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - FRESHERS only Ability to read and understand designs and schematics Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Diplomacy and tact to deal with departmental and inter-departmental colleagues Possession of a 2-wheeler Residence within commuting distance of South Cjhittoor, Ernakulam District Immediate availability to join the Training Programme
