Experience: 10+ Years | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and lead scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines across teams.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code frameworks (Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Enforce DevOps standards and best practices.
- Collaborate on security, automation, and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead incident response and risk management.
- Mentor teams and foster continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, scripting (Python, Bash).
- Cloud platforms, especially Azure, with multi-cloud experience a plus.
- Secret management (Vault, Azure Key Vault).
- CI/CD tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD).
- Linux, network fundamentals, observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Security, compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2).
- Monitoring and configuration management tools.

Preferred:

- Relevant certifications, serverless, service mesh, database knowledge, open-source contributions.
