About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take the technical lead on projects and mentor a small team. This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically strong, but also proactive about ownership and leadership. You'll work on end-to-end development and be instrumental in shaping architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
