Job Description Role: Integration Architect Location: Bengaluru Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education Experience: Minimum 3 years in Workday Extend Role Overview The Integration Architect will design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, defining business and integration requirements, mapping business processes, designing data entities, selecting suitable integration technologies, and ensuring seamless connectivity between systems. Key Responsibilities - Act as an independent contributor and subject matter expert. - Lead client discussions and workshops to capture integration requirements. - Translate business needs into robust technical integration solutions. - Map business processes and define data entities for integration design. - Select integration technologies, patterns, and tools aligned with client needs. - Develop architecture diagrams and detailed integration documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. - Participate actively in team discussions and support solution development. Professional & Technical Skills - Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Workday Extend (minimum 3 years). - Solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Hands-on experience with API management and data transformation tools. - Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms and services. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for integration issues.
