Job Description Position Overview Job Title: BI Developer - AVP Corporate Title: AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description We are seeking a skilled BI professional with expertise in Qlik Sense to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights from various data sources. In this role: - You will be part of the DWS Illiquid Real Estate team; support overall BI road maps and contribute to strategic improvements of services with a strong focus on creating valuable insights. - You will work with internal Business Users to formulate the requirements for their analytical problems, independently develop solutions, perform validation and integration data testing, and provide ongoing support on existing BI dashboards & reports. - You will ensure compliance with process-related, functional and technical specifications and the fulfillment of all quality-related requirements, such as documentation, in the developed solutions. What We'll Offer You As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoy, - Best in class leave policy. - Gender neutral parental leaves - 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) - Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education - Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members - Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents - Accident and Term life Insurance - Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense - Hands-on experience on Qlik NPrinting to develop complex reporting templates - Connect and integrate Qlik with various data sources such as Oracle, SQL Server, APIs, and External Cloud Platforms - Experience integrating python with Qlik Sense - Optimize BI applications for performance and scalability - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions - Implement security and access control within Qlik environment - Troubleshoot and support production issues in a timely manner Your Skills And Experience - 15+ years of relevant BI experience - Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense & Qlik NPrinting - Proficiency in scripting & designing complex dashboards - Experience working with Big Data Hadoop and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc.) - Experience working on migration projects like Qlik to Tableau/Power BI - Familiarity with Qlik extensions, mashups, and integration via APIs - Experience with cloud platforms and deploying dashboards in a cloud environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Exposure to other BI tools like Cognos BI, Tableau etc. - Knowledge of Python & R will be an advantage - Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and DevOps processes Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in BI Tools like Qlik, Tableau or Tableau. - GCP Certified. - Experience in deploying analytics solutions on-prim or cloud environments. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps processes. - Experience with Commercial Real Estate.
