Project: ADP Workforce Manager Implementation – Lead Consultant Engagement Location: India (Remote) Engagement Type: Contract (Full-time, 40 hrs/week) Project Duration: Nov 2025 – Aug 2027 1. Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Manager to guide the end-to-end implementation, ensure alignment with best practices, and support successful solution adoption. The Lead Consultant will be the primary ADP Subject Matter Expert (SME) partnering closely with client’s HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams, as well as client's internal project teams, to ensure the system is configured and deployed effectively. Must have skills: ADP Workforce Manager (WFM) Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with ADP WFM, including setup of time rules, shifts, pay codes, and accruals. Time & Attendance / Workforce Scheduling Deep understanding of time capture, scheduling, shift management, and leave processes. Solution Design & Configuration Ability to translate business requirements into functional configuration within ADP WFM. Testing & Validation (SIT/UAT) Experience in planning, leading, and documenting test cycles including payroll validations. Client Stakeholder Management Skilled in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and managing client expectations. Integration & Deployment Support Experience integrating WFM with Payroll/HR systems and supporting deployment & post-go-live activities.
