Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Manager in our Jayanagar branch in Bangalore. As the Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, assisting in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Patient Relationship Management

- Ensure patients are taken good care of and there is minimal to no wait time
- Explaining services and related cost associated
- Ensure all new and old patient leads are followed up.
- Solving customer issues post consultation and procedures
- Keeping doctor in the loop with patients&apos feedback/issues over messages and calls.

- Clinic Operations

- Responsible for overall clinic operations
- Check for any wear or tear of machinery, AC, or other equipment & bring it to the notice of management
- Managing inventory for products, consumables, and office stationery along with the staff
- Ensure staff timings and everyone is groomed properly
- Ensure proper billing, payment collection, due report follow-up, etc.
- Overall responsibility for petty cash and day-to-day expenses
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic, treatment rooms, doctor rooms, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: English, Kannada
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in a healthcare setting.

Remuneration: 3 to 5 lacs per annum, depending on experience.
