Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of multiple pods product management responsibilities and drive product
- and business outcomes for these pods.
- Collaborate closely with the pods to align with overall business strategy. Research and
- implement the latest trends to address operational efficiency use cases for the pods
- Build and manage the pods roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of use cases.
- Work closely with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical
- solutions and ensure flawless execution.
- Plan and execute initiatives, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility
- Analyze data metrics, user behavior, and technical KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear
- communication and alignment.

Who you are

- 4+ years of experience in product management.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and website optimization is an advantage.
- Strong ability and comfort in working with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- A background in website marketing or performance marketing is highly preferred.
