Role Description This is an internship, on-site opportunity for a Tele Caller Intern based in Vadodara. The intern will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents, addressing inquiries, and providing information regarding the school's offerings. Daily tasks may include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records of communication, and supporting the admissions team to enhance enrollment processes. The candidate will also contribute to promoting the school's vision by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with stakeholders. Qualifications - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective parents and stakeholders - Basic administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing call logs - Organizational and time management abilities to handle inquiries efficiently - Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred - Customer service skills and a highly motivated attitude to represent the brand professionally - High school diploma or ongoing undergraduate studies; prior experience in customer service or telecalling is advantageous
