Hire360 is a fast-growing recruitment agency operating since 2021 under Vision 360 Visionary Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We've successfully helped 5000+ candidates connect with leading BFSI, BPOs, and Startups across India through our tech-enabled hiring process.

Now, we're building an AI-powered CRM + ATS platform to revolutionize hiring for agencies, recruiters, startups, and HR teams. With a strong base and proven business model, we are now looking for a passionate Co-founder to join our journey.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Co-founder who brings more than capital someone who shares our vision, adds leadership horsepower, and wants to help scale the company to 1 Cr+ ARR and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or co-lead business expansion, tech product roadmap, and marketing efforts
- Actively contribute to strategy, investor relations, and strategic partnerships
- Support hiring, team building, and product-market fit iterations
- Help scale SaaS revenue via outreach, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Represent Hire360 at industry events, demo days, and startup showcases

You Should Have:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup or leadership experience (HRTech/SaaS preferred)
- Understanding of CRM, ATS, or recruitment tech is a huge plus
- Strong network in HR, BFSI, BPOs, or the startup ecosystem
- Willingness to invest 10 Lakhs as seed capital for 10% equity
- Passion for building, problem-solving, and creating scalable impact
