Country India Working Schedule Full-Time Relocation Assistance Available No Posted Date 26-Nov-2025 Job ID 14009 Description and Requirements Position Summary This role is primarily a Scrum Master who is capable of running agile teams This role demands experience in identifying and coordinating with different development teams with varied skills in leveraging technologies techniques and methods as they pertain to the development of and execution of functionalities Experienced in Organizing backlogs structure the teams distribute responsibilities and track the tasks in an appropriate tool like Azure DevOps This role requires experience in creating publishing and presenting reports that are required to drive results to stake holders and involved parties Reporting Requirements - Supervisor is required to ensure all projects assignments or any additional work and client requirement is maintained and tracked via by Microsoft excel projects visio power point Power BI etc Data representation with Stakeholder is critical to conduct periodic client reviews Job Responsibilities Develop full-scale project plans establish milestones track and monitor overall project schedules and cost by coordinating with business teams development teams IT Infrastructure team Design workflow diagrams future road maps to explain the process flow to stakeholders and the expected turnaround time Facilitate daily scrum standup meetings enforcing timeboxes responding to the impediments tracking baseline sprint planning and sprint retrospective Well versed in SDM and Scaled Agile Methodologies MS Excel Jira Confluence Rally Version One Conduct governance meeting with project stakeholders and provide regular updates to team management and PMO on work performed plans budget and overall status Ensures customer satisfaction from Inception to project delivery including large scale complex automation migration projects etc Perform SDLC analysis identify and manage project dependencies and prepare critical path Collaborate with the Product owner and prepare the project resource plan Understand basic infrastructure database concepts and technical skills like java python pearl etc to help work efficiently with development and infrastructure teams Prepare release showcase release plan and create release notes for each release Plan and run agile project in Microsoft Azure DevOps Work on multiple presentations with SME s developers and architects to prepare solution road map Knowledge on CI CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to validate the solution prepared by developers Contribute to agile growth of the organization May participate in the hiring process of scrum masters Begin tackling organizational impediments Comfortable opposing anti-patterns Strong collaboration with leadership groups Directors AVPs VPs Capable of coaching up Participate in cross-departmental efforts Can start and facilitate Scrum of Scrums Leads initiatives within the community of practice Good Communication skill with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Knowledge Skills and Abilities Education Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field Experience Total 14 years of experience in the Information technology Certified Scrum master Dev Ops experience Experience of working in Azure Dev ops 8 of experience in Project management in Agile framework as scrum master Experience in managing projects in information security Knowledge and skills general and technical Agile methodology and Scrum Master Microsoft Azure DevOps Basic understanding of Databases and infrastructure Basic understanding of Java shell scripting powershell scripting or python pearl and automation integrations Excellent communication skills Other Requirements licenses certifications specialized training - if required Certified SCRUM Master Microsoft Azure DevOps and PMP About MetLife Recognized on Fortune magazine s list of the World s Most Admired Companies and Fortune World s 25 Best Workplaces TM MetLife through its subsidiaries and affiliates is one of the world s leading financial services companies providing insurance annuities employee benefits and asset management to individual and institutional customers With operations in more than 40 markets we hold leading positions in the United States Latin America Asia Europe and the Middle East Our purpose is simple - to help our colleagues customers communities and the world at large create a more confident future United by purpose and guided by our core values - Win Together Do the Right Thing Deliver Impact Over Activity and Think Ahead - we re inspired to transform the next century in financial services At MetLife it s Join us
